Contact List Management
Corporate contact management is the life-blood of many organizations and keeping this information accurate and up to date can sometimes be a daunting task . Centralizing this data for users so that they know where to go to get the most up to date contact information for vendors, suppliers, customers, business partners, etc.will save time, money and eliminate data duplication. The instant changes/updates are made to the central database; those changes are filtered to all users' views and saved lists to ensure that the information is always current.
Customizable contact categories and flexible search tools allow users to create specific searches that filter the database, combine criteria and provide them with personalized results. The display of contact information at the view level is also customizable per user as to what columns of information they would like displayed.
Through a combination of centrally maintained fields and user defined fields, users get the ability to also track additional information that may be important to them as it pertains to the contact or organization .
A flexible data import process allows users to import their own contact information into the system in a csv format. Validation on the import gives the user the ability to see if the contact already exits, associate their new contact with an existing organization, or to create a new organization and contact. Data can also be exported from the system to personal contacts databases such as Microsoft Outlook.
