Job Description:

Point Alliance is seeking to fill the role of Office Administrative Assistant. As an Administrative Assistant, this position requires a passion for client satisfaction as well as the desire to continually tackle new challenges. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Daily Banking and basic bookkeeping
  • Appointment setting
  • Resume tracking and Candidate Review
  • Organization, Scanning and Filing
  • Software Quality Assurance Testing
  • Track office supplies and place orders when necessary
